Terms and Conditions for Workshops and Courses at Wirral Flower Farm

1. Booking and Payment
All workshop/course bookings must be made through our official website
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Bookings are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the event thatWirral Flower Farm cancels a workshop/course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
Rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the workshop/course may be considered, but we cannot guarantee availability.

3. Health and Safety
Participants are required to follow all health and safety instructions provided during the workshop/course.
As workshops and courses are held outdoors, please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Participants attend at their own risk. Wirral Flower Farm is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event unless caused by our negligence.
If you have any allergies (e.g., bees, pollen), medical conditions, or accessibility needs, please inform us at the time of booking.

4. Liability
Wirral Flower Farm is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the workshops/courses.
We do not accept liability for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of participation in our events.

5. Conduct and Behavior
We expect all participants to behave in a respectful and safe manner. Any participant acting inappropriately may be asked to leave, with no refund provided.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

6. Weather Conditions
Workshops and courses are held outdoors and will proceed in most weather conditions. Please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly. 
In extreme weather (such as heavy rain or strong winds), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event for safety reasons.

7. Photography and Marketing
We may take photographs or videos during workshops/courses for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please notify us in advance.

8. Refunds
No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by Wirral Flower Farm.
If a participant is unable to attend due to illness or personal reasons, no refunds will be provided, but they may transfer their place to someone else.

9. Amendments
Wirral Flower Farm reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most up-to-date version will be available on our website.
